Founder & CEO
Dan spent more than 25 years in global finance, hospitality, construction and manufacturing, and kept seeing the same thing. Good teams were slowed down by tools that didn’t connect and processes that only lived in one person’s head. He started The Desk, a Melbourne-based Zoho Partner, to sort that out.
He starts by finding out how the work really gets done, before anyone logs into Zoho. Then he links the systems, cleans up the data and hands people back the hours they were losing to admin. Adi reckons good tech should be a bit boring. It works, and you never have to think about it. He has built Zoho systems for over 50 businesses, and he always starts with what the business needs before picking the tool.
He has an MBA and a RevOps certification, and he’s the one writing the API connections when two apps won’t cooperate. Ask him about webhooks at your own risk.

Soundarya likes a plan that turns into something people can start on Monday. She has worked across IT sales, partnerships and business growth, including SolarWinds, eG Innovations and nearly nine years in the Zoho partner ecosystem across Europe, APAC and ANZ, so she’s seen up close what makes a partnership work.
She has also built a consumer brand of her own, so she knows what it’s like to be the owner doing a bit of everything. At The Desk she looks after strategy, partnerships, new services and marketing, and she’s building our team and delivery capability in Thanjavur.
